Background: Clinicians are concerned about increased hepatotoxicity in patients who received hepatic artery bland embolizations (TAE) and subsequent Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT). The body of literature describing the safety of PRRT following prior TAE is very limited.
